As the name suggests, Gamle Munch (old Munch) is the former Munch Museum in Oslo. It is now being tested as a multi-purpose cultural venue in Tøyen. The project offers a rich and diverse programme of art, culture, and community activities.

Bus: Line 20 (Tøyen), 60 (Tøyen school).
Subway: All lines (stop at Tøyen).
Parking: Street parking nearby.

  • Accessibility: Step-free access to the entrance. Step-free access within the building and elevator available. No handrails in the stairs.
  • Toilet: HC toilet, clearly signposted.
  • Seating: Yes.
  • Signage: Fire alarms cannot be perceived by the visually and hearing impaired.
    Stairs are not marked or non-slip.
    Glass doors and other exposed areas are not marked.
    Emergency exits are clearly marked and adapted for wheelchair users. Information signs are mounted so that collisions with the sign are avoided.
