Practical Information for making the most of BUD:

  • Spend time together: Don’t try to fit everything into one go! There’s a lot happening throughout the afternoon, so focus on the activities your child is most interested in. Arrive early! Many activities have limited space, and it's first come, first served.
  • Food and Drink: At the top of the Marmortrappen (staircase) on the 3rd floor, there is a special BUD kiosk with muffins, sausages, and other child-friendly food and drinks. You can also eat at the Sentralen café.
  • Strollers: There is parking for strollers outside the main entrance. Sleeping babies in strollers can be brought into the Winter Garden. We recommend baby carriers/slings for babies being carried around the building.
  • Nursing Room: On the 3rd floor, past the BIT20 composition workshop, there is a quiet room reserved for babies (and their parents) or those who want to nurse in a peaceful place. Ask the staff if you need help finding it.
  • Rest Room: Past the Vanessa Baird room on the 4+ floor, there is a quiet room with drawing materials for those who need a break between performances and workshops.
