The new opera FRAM tells the story of Ameli, an old, dying woman who dreams of sailing to the North Pole with the legendary explorer Fridtjof Nansen. Meet composer Synne Skouen, librettist Oda Radoor and director Hilde Andersen in the foyer of the Opera House right before FRAM’s premiere, in a conversation led by Den Norske Opera & Ballett’s dramaturg Hedda Høgåsen-Hallesby.
