Kunsthøgskolen i Oslo

Kunsthøgskolen i Oslo (KHiO) is Norways largest public educational institution for artists and designers. It is located in Grünerløkka, in the rebuilt Seilduksfabrikken, by the Aker river. With an area of 43 000 m2 it is one of Northern-Europe’s largest facilities for art and design.

How to get there:
Bus: 30 (stop: Birkelunden), 34, 54 (stop: Telthusbakken).
Tram: 12, 15, 18 (stop: Olaf Ryes plass).
Parking: Grünerløkka P-Hus, Vulkan P-Hus eller gateparkering .
HC parking: i Steenstrupsgate og Bergverksgata.

Accessability:

• Outside facilities are available, but not adapted for the visual and mobility impaired. There are both elevators and automatic door openers in the building. Step-free access and walkway from the parking space to the entrance with cobblestone.
• Toilet: HC-WC with threshold.
