Parking: No parking available at the building, but stopping for alighting/boarding is permitted outside the main entrance on Øvre Slottsgate. Akershus Parkeringhus is the nearest parking option.

- Signage: Fire alarms can be perceived by the visually and hearing impaired. Stairs are marked and non-slip. Glass doors and other exposed areas are marked. Emergency exits are clearly marked and adapted for wheelchair users. Information signs are mounted so that collisions with the sign are avoided.

- Tickets: Sold by Ultima via Sentralen's ticket system Tixly. Accepts companion certificate. Companion tickets can be ordered online. Companions can sit with those they are accompanying.
